Good workout motivation advice [FITNESS FREAK]

After the Mother's Day brunch/gorge that happened yesterday...I love this article I saw in "Cosmo": Ways to motivate your inner Jillian Michaels.  Check these tips, via Cosmopolitan.com

Become BFFs With Your Bikini

Here's a way to help target your problem areas and practice your confidence at the same time: "Start wearing your bikini around the house," suggests Nicole Winhoffer, Madonna's personal trainer and the creative director of Hard Candy Fitness. "I walk around in my bikini while I'm doing chores, downloading music, and coming up with new workouts. This allows you to begin to feel comfortable with less clothing on, prepping you for summer, and also to be truthful with improvements you need to make."

Write Like Crazy About Your Goals

"Don't just think about your goals; Write them down," advises nutritionist and Bestowed.com founder Heather Bauer. "They mean a lot more if they are concrete and erasable. Better yet, keep them with you." Bauer suggests writing them down on your phone or keeping them in a piece of paper in your wallet: Wherever they'll be a constant reminder to keep you on track.

Get (Selectively) Spend-Happy

Instead of dishing out dough on going out to eat, spend it on new workout clothes or get some friends together for an outdoor workout class. Your bikini bod will thank you.

Veg Out

When temperatures start to rise, farmer's markets and fresh produce are everywhere—and their wares are super good for slimming down. One cool trick: "Add lemons and limes to your water. They act as natural diuretics for the body," Winhoffer says.

Reward Yourself

"Just not with food," warns Bauer. "When you reach your goal, first make another one. Then, celebrate." Get that massage you've wanted or that mani-pedi you desperately need. Just remember, your reward should be something that keeps you motivated.

Aaaaaaaaand my goal this week, eat hella healthy!  Like this :)
